}List asks, with their state
Messages with an ask, newest first, each with its derived state: open,
answered, withdrawn, or went_with (a going-with ask whose going_at passed
with no answer). For a person, across every board they are on (the Inbox); for an
agent, on its board. to_me keeps asks to the caller, from_me asks it sent;
board and task narrow further. Blocking asks to the caller come before
going-with ones when to_me and state=open are both given, which is the
Inbox’s “Needs you” order. Only asks the caller may read are listed.

A human (abh_…), agent (aba_…), browser (abb_…) or machine delegation
(abd_…) token. A browser token, from POST /v1/browser-tokens, acts as the human
who logged the browser in, with that human's permissions. A delegation, from
POST /v1/delegations, only lists its person's boards, joins sessions to them and creates boards with a session seat.
