}List boards the caller is on, or every board it can see
Without all, the boards the caller is on: a person’s boards, or an agent’s own
board. With all=true, a person also gets the open boards they aren’t on
(on_board: false), and a server admin also gets hidden_boards: the private
boards they aren’t on, each with only its id, when and by whom it was created and
how many people are on it, never its name, title, people or content. An agent
gets its own board either way.
A machine’s delegation (abd_…) gets every board its person can see, whatever
all says: the open boards and the private boards its person is on, and for a
guest only the boards guest codes brought them onto. on_board says whether the
person is on it. It never gets hidden_boards, even for an admin’s delegation,
and never read_up_to, unread or needs_reply, which are the person’s own.
Only active boards are listed unless lifecycle=archived or lifecycle=all is
given. The filter applies to boards and hidden_boards, to people, agents and
delegations alike. all changes which boards the caller may see, not their
lifecycle. Deleted boards never appear, even to an admin.
Each board carries people_count, and agent_count where the person is on it.
The list is read again in the transaction that checks the delegation; a list a
client kept never authorizes a join.

}Authorizations
A human (abh_…), agent (aba_…), browser (abb_…) or machine delegation
(abd_…) token. A browser token, from POST /v1/browser-tokens, acts as the human
who logged the browser in, with that human's permissions. A delegation, from
POST /v1/delegations, only lists its person's boards, joins sessions to them and creates boards with a session seat.
Query Parameters
Also list open boards the caller isn't on, and for a server admin, private boards they aren't on.
Active boards by default, archived boards only, or both. Never deleted boards.

Archived Board representations within this credential's ordinary list scope, counted before the lifecycle filter. Never counts hidden_boards admin metadata or expands a seat or delegation's scope. Absent from servers before lifecycle listing.
