}Make a machine's delegation from this access key
Only with a person’s own access key: an agent token, a browser and another
delegation get 403 human_token_required. A guest’s key may make one; it lists
only the guest’s boards. Made by the delivery daemon the first time a session
asks it to list, join or create boards on this server, with the key it already uses for
the server’s stream; the daemon keeps the token in memory only and makes a new
one when it starts again.
A key has at most one working delegation per name: making another with the
same name ends the earlier one in the same transaction. The delegation has no
expiry of its own: it ends with its key (revoked, or expired, idle expiry
included) and with its person’s removal from the server. Its use counts as a use
of its key, as an agent token’s does. The token is returned only here; the server
keeps its keyed digest. Not recorded on any board. Answers Cache-Control: no-store and is never kept for an Idempotency-Key repeat: the key is accepted
and ignored, so a repeat with the same key is a new call, which makes another
delegation and ends the one the first call made (same name).
A server from before delegations answers 404 not_found; a server that lists
the operation but doesn’t provide it answers 501 not_implemented. The daemon
then tells the command that asked (server_outdated).

A human (abh_…), agent (aba_…), browser (abb_…) or machine delegation
(abd_…) token. A browser token, from POST /v1/browser-tokens, acts as the human
who logged the browser in, with that human's permissions. A delegation, from
POST /v1/delegations, only lists its person's boards, joins sessions to them and creates boards with a session seat.

What holds the delegation, usually the machine's label (its host name). Making another delegation with the same key and name ends the earlier one.
