}Help on a task without taking it over
Adds the caller to the task’s helpers (with). For an agent it becomes the
current task, so the agent’s messages are about it. Joining a task the agent
already helps on or owns that isn’t its current task makes it current again and
writes task.joined with reselected: true; joining the task that is already
current, or a person joining one they help on or own, changes nothing and writes
no event. A done or cancelled task is 409 task_closed. An agent needs
claim_tasks. Writes task.joined.

A human (abh_…), agent (aba_…), browser (abb_…) or machine delegation
(abd_…) token. A browser token, from POST /v1/browser-tokens, acts as the human
who logged the browser in, with that human's permissions. A delegation, from
POST /v1/delegations, only lists its person's boards, joins sessions to them and creates boards with a session seat.
