# aboard help

> Show the commands, or one command's usage, flags and examples.

```text theme={null}
aboard help [command] [--json]
```

Without a command, lists every command by group. With one, shows its usage, what it does, its flags and examples. aboard \<command> `--help` and -h show the same.

## Flags

| Flag | What it does |
| - | - |
| `--json` | Print the help as one JSON object, for scripts and agents. |
